Please read these terms and conditions carefully, as using or purchasing from our website means you agree to them.
Shipping & Delivery.
You can buy products from us online, or by telephone. Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation for the transaction amount and one from us confirming your order list.
You can pay with all major credit and debit cards American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Solo or Delta. All transactions are processed using a secure server Stripe.
For the avoidance of doubt all our prices that are displayed on our website are in British pounds.
When you make a successful order, you will receive an order receipt confirmation email. Please don't delete this email as we may request information from it in any correspondence. If you do not receive this email please contact email@example.com so that we can investigate and confirm that your order has been placed successfully.
Please allow for up to 15 working days for delivery. Worldwide delivery times will vary. If we are unable to deliver your order within 15 days we will contact you to advise you of this. If the item is out of stock or needs to be made, we will notify you within 24 hours on receipt of the order. We cannot be held liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. Please contact us as soon as possible if your item doesn't arrive when expected, and we will investigate. You can then either cancel the order and receive a full refund, agree for something else to be sent instead and or accept a later delivery date. Delivery is via Royal Mail or Fedex.
Postage - general & UK
IMPORTANT: For all UK Mainland deliveries there is a minimum delivery charge of £4.95 (unless free shipping is indicated). This will be a registered delivery that will require a signature upon delivery. If no one is available at the delivery address to sign for the goods, the delivery company will leave a card. You can simply call the number on the card quoting the card reference number to re-arrange delivery at a more suitable time. If the delivery company is unable to deliver and you do not contact them within 48 hours, a £12 re-delivery charge will be incurred - (this is the shippers terms and cost price to Zakee Shariff Art and Design for doing this). If you cancel your order once we have attempted delivery you will be charged for delivery costs.

1. UK Mainland - Delivery time 3 - 7 working days
2. EU countries - Delivery time 5 - 10 working days.
3. USA and Canada - Delivery time 5 - 14 working days.

Duties and Taxes
Please note that all shipments to countries outside of the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches that country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. If your order does incur import duties and taxes by your local customs authority in your country, then these will need to be paid direct by you to them/the courier before they will release your shipment to you. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.
