In the event that items are received damaged or faulty, please keep hold of the items and notify us within 24 hours of receipt by emailing store@zakeeshariff.com. And we will be happy to replace them. If for any other reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, return the item to us within 14 days of receipt in an unworn/unused condition for an exchange or store credit, less shipping costs. We regret that postage, packing, and insurance incurred in the delivery of the goods to you are direct costs and cannot be refunded except in the case of faulty goods. Additionally, we are unable to refund international customs duties and sales taxes for shipments outside the European Community (EC). We recommend sending with registered post as we cannot be responsible if the goods are lost or damaged.

Breakages
If a breakage should occur, please do not throw the item away. Please inform us within 7 days of receiving the goods and keep it in it's packaging, otherwise we cannot be held responsible for any damages as the shippers might want to collect the items. In addition to this photographs are a great help to us, so please keep the faulty goods until we have resolved the issue.

Pre-order policy
Customers acknowledge that any made-to-order purchases will be shipped approximately 6 to 8 weeks after purchase, and are non-refundable and non-returnable. Please be aware that because of the "made-to-order" nature of such purchases, estimated delivery dates are only approximate and may vary.
